End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “You”) and uzzueditor (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) for the use of our software and services, including any related products, updates, and documentation (the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, uzzueditor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal or business purposes as intended. The Software may be used only on devices that you own or control.

2. License Restrictions
   You may not:

   • Distribute, sell, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party.

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as allowed by law.

   • Modify or create derivative works of the Software without prior written permission from uzzueditor.

   • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
   The Software is owned by uzzueditor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interest in and to the Software are owned solely by uzzueditor.

4. Updates and Support
   We may, from time to time, release updates to the Software. These updates may be provided automatically or through a separate process. You are not obligated to accept updates, but failure to do so may affect the functionality of the Software. We do not guarantee the availability of technical support for the Software.

5. Termination
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software. uzzueditor may also terminate this Agreement if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete it from your devices.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, uzzueditor will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other incidental, consequential, or special damages.

7. No Warranty
   The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. uzzueditor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Privacy and Data Use
   By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. uzzueditor will take reasonable measures to protect your privacy but makes no guarantees regarding the security of your data.

9. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uzzueditor operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Agreement
    uzzueditor reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. By continuing to use the Software after the changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
